How does your pricing structure work?

Most plumbing work is charged at a fixed price. Materials that may be needed are priced as extras. Our labour charges are priced via half hour. This is so that if we are 15 minutes you will not be charged an hour for the work. All of our prices are subject to site survey.

When I have a leak, what should I do whilst waiting for one of your engineers?

Some people may tell you to turn off the water supply to your property by shutting the valve in the stopcock found usually under the sink or just outside your property boundaries. It is ill-advised to do this unless you are happy to do so. If you turn the stopcock and it breaks off this could cause a major problem.

Do you provide services for businesses?

Yes, although all blocked drains on commercial businesses will be dealt with by our drainage team.

Whose responsibility is it if I have a blockage on the edge of my property?

Since 2011 the responsibilities for the drainage system beyond your property boundaries was passed to your water company and you will need to contact them to sort out this issue. We can only clear blockages in the pipes that are located within your boundaries.

How long will the job take?

We aim to respond to your jobs within 30-90 mins of us booking in the job *. If parts are needed to complete the job this will understandably take slightly longer, as well as other factors such as the complexity of the job. Our plumbers will always keep you in the loop about this.
